NOSE PAINT- FLESH COLOR?

Submitted by AJ on 10/27/2003. ( AJH@FLOODCITY.NET ) 204.171.61.46

I want to order "flesh" paint for airbrushing the inside of a deers nose. Hydro mist has one color of flesh paint, but i noticed Wildlife Colors offers two tones of flesh paints, Flesh and Soft flesh. I would prefer to order the smaller bottles (Wildlife Colors) but i don't know which flesh tone to order? Soft flesh? or Flesh? Thanks!

Has 3 flesh colors. Flesh, special flesh, and soft flesh. I strongly suggest getting all three. That way you'll have them for different appplications and can also mix and match as needed. Good investment for under $10. Good Luck! Jeff F.

Or you could...

mix up your own flesh to desired tones by using white, red and yellow. Start with 5 dps. white to one dp each of red and yellow. I use wildlife colors, and haven't bought any flesh.

I've used...

Hydromist flesh and add a bit of gill red to make the flesh a bit redder. Used by itself it just isn't quite right.

try this instead of painting..
