Ok, here is a question for you guys.
What is the biggest neck measurement that you have seen on a Mule deer? Let's say within 8 inches of the ears. What time of year was the deer taken (Pre-Rut, Rut, etc)
My buddy says he knows someone that shot a buck that has a 37" neck. I just can't see that as being correct, so let me know what you have seen.
Oh yes, the largest neck through my shop in 12 years was a 29" Colorado buck shot around Thanksgiving during the rut.
