Mears forms

any advice on mears whitetail forms. Good or Bad and how do they compare to meder or McKenzie for northern deer.

i mount about 100 heads a year i probably charge the most in my state and 35 of thes are usually northern deer i now use over 85% mears forms. i do not get a discount!ben has recently sculpted a line of northern deer that are great!

Research Mannikins

Simply the most accurate form on the market today. Just try one, if you don't like it. Use what his names.


Ben's forms

I like Ben as a person, and I like his forms even though I dont use that many of them. Ben really studies the anatomy of those big northern deer. He calls it field studies, I call it going on a hunt in Saskatchewan. That rascal! His forms do show that big buck look, though!

HIs southern forms have the thin face and skull conformation, a bit short in the neck length but will work fine for the Southern White tail.
