How do I properly prepare a wet tanned cape before mounting? This is my first one to use. Do I need to let it dry and then oil it or oil it with it still wet or just take it out and start mounting? Thanks for any help. David

...everything is how you want it (thinned and split all the way) then go a head and mount it. You can go ahead an tumble it before you mount to make the cape not as wet.
