I put a post on here trying to shut George up and get him to see that some times its better to be silent and be thought of as a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubts. But it seems Ken thinks his actions are alright because he deleted my post in George's defence. Dont that seem a little unfair to all of us that George has so freely bashed on here COME ON KEN GET REAL George is a nobody that just wants to be a somebody. George ya I had it wrong with Ken and I emailed him and told him I was sorry for the misunderstanding. This is something you dont have the Ba!$ to do. I think its amazing that you are a NTA board member and still conduct yourself in this manner. The NTA must not have any ethics and dont sound like a organization worth being a member of. It sounds to me like they will let anyone represent there members. But I guess I shouldnt imply that one bad apple has spoiled the whole organization now should I. I just hope the youth in the taxidermy world find a better roll modle than you or God help us all! Dean
Are you a NTA member ? If you are run for office this coming election. If you are don't vote for George. George is our Traficant or Tancredo. I like you like politicans that blow smoke and stroke the voters so maybe I won't vote for him either.
I'm on the NTA board simply because I'm a taxidermist who's involved with the industry. The NTA is an organization of taxidermists who all have their own agendas and beliefs. If they wanted a stereotypical android, they wouldn't hold elections. For you to grovel in that last resort of casting aspersions on their credibility and ethics says a lot about your own character. How dare you?
For you information, Ken Edwards is a person I hold in the greatest respect and proudly tell people I know personally. I consider him a friend and I've apologized to him more than once when I gave improper or incorrect information. I've done it to the entire forum as a matter of fact when things I've said have been incorrect. You are correct, however, in that I'm a nobody, but I've been here and I don't hide from you or anyone else. If you click that orange icon there and type "george" in, you'll find that I've run my mouth in 5,850 threads. If you type in "dean gregg", I don't find any. Where have you been and what exactly makes you a "somebody". You're nobody I've ever met or heard about and according to "Google", you haven't contributed anything to anyone here yet.
For someone who was so fast to jump to the defense of a person you thought was being ridiculed, you've done a pretty good job of making an ass of yourself as well as resorting to name calling and criticizing that you implied were above your practices.
Why is this Dean guy bashing George? Sure we might not all like all of his posts, but that is his opinion. I think he has established himself, and that he is a SOMEBODY! We all appreciate your expert advise George, don't change on Dean's behalf!
It doesnt take much to get ole georgey going . His contributions over the years have helped alot of people and we can all see that .Trying not to stroke egos to much here but the truth is in the archives Deano .
