have a few small areas that have pulled away from detail in face the mount is fairly fresh would like to know if these areas could be fixed thought of injecting with zap a gap or latex caulking would appreciate any help on this thanks

If you can get an adhesive into a syringe, yes that would be the best, then put a piece of heavy screen, or hardward cloth in the impression and pin with T pins until dry.
If it's not too late, try drawing the excess air out with the syringe. the vacuum should suck the skin back into place
