I notice alot of people having problems with shrinkage. This is just the tip of the iceberg and I hope this helps you in one area. When tucking the lower lip, not only should you have a very thin lip slot cut, but try cutting the very front of the lip slot straight into the manikin and not at any angle. Then, when tucking the front of the lip, do not push back all of the chin area when finished. Move some of the skin forward towards the lower lip to create a very slight slack in the skin. Then with the lip already tucked, Part it ever so slightly and put alittle super glue in and reposition the lower lip back to touching the upper portion. Put 3 insect pins half way in the chin hair just behind the lower lip and let it dry checking over the next couple days. Between the little bit of slack and the super glue and pins I have never had one separate. When getting ready to finish the mount remove the pins and groom with a small wire brush. As for finishing the lower lip brush off excess dry super glue and rebuild with ultra seal or something simular. This process turns my commercial lip line into a competition lip line. Good luck.

Just use a good glue like Epo-Grip or buckeye and you wont have a problem. I still put a few pins in the lower front lip just to be sure, but thats it. Make sure its right the first time because you wont be able to adjust the next day. Its called working smarter vs harder.
