Does anyone know of a a study or some kind of reference on the muscle and bone structure of Whitetail deer? I've been searching and all I seem to come up with is the digestive system or the common vital organ chart. I'm looking for something that goes in depth and show close ups of sets of muscles (eyes, ears, brisket, shouders). Thanks everyone

There is an anatomy book for sale through one (or more) of the suppliers (SORRY! I can't remember where I bought it...). It has what you are looking for. Also has goat, dog, horse anatomy. Vic Heneicker recommended it. I'm not at the studio now, or I would tell you the title.
