Is their be any difference in mounting a Fallow Deer? I have been mounting Whitetails for about Seven years now. Just received my first Fallow Deer, and wanted to know if their would be something different that i need to do. Thanks in advance.

I just finished mounting one after several years of whitetails.
Check your reference on the nose pad and its shape.
They have a prominant "adam's apple"
Front of the ear cartilage is slightly different (flatter) and ears are smaller.
Eye color should be lighter.
Tear duct seems more prominant.
The neck seems long and slender, compared to a whitetail.
The leg brisket line was not very distinct on mine.
Type fallow deer into your search engine, there were quite a few good reference photos that came up. Breakthrough had three really nice reference photos.
These are just a few things I observed. I am sure one of the Texas taxidermists that do these daily could tell you more. Good Luck
