Can i skin a fish and clean it good then re-freeze it till when i want to mount it, or should i do something else with it?

I do it all the time.
That's what I do. Measure it, skin it then freeze it. I try to do fish in batches to save on clean up. I mounted 19 last week and it was better to clean up 3 times instead of 19.
