I just bought a wet-tanned cape with a measurement of 7 1/4" x 19" What size should the form be? The cape is from wisconsin and it is in a full rut style...

How about ordering a 7 1/4 by 19, that's the size of your cape. Not trying to sound like a wise guy, but that's what you have for a cape, so that's what you need to order.
