I use the bondo method for ears. After looking through the archives I still havent got the right answer.
My question is it possible to do a straight fiberglass ear as such?
1- Mix strand fiberglass, liquid resin and hardner.
2- rough up ear, apply mixture to skin and invert and form.
Just a thought but I havent tried it. Has anyone else?
Thank you
Sheldon

Or you could order the ear forms from Research and make them from glass matting or cloth.
Or do as many have for 20 or more years, add chop to the 50/50 bondo/resin mix. Remember the bondo already has mostly polyester resin with filler added to thicken it.
Or the Best choice Ear Magic from Newton Supply and forget all the other crap.
Thanks again John C
Try using long strand fiberglass body filler.I use this method because ear liners are kind of a pain to use.
