Twice in the last 3 - 4 weeks, I have received severly damaged deer forms from McKenzie. I the first was broken in two pieces from the eyes down. Thought, Oh well, fixed it and mounted the deer. Yesterday, I received four more, one was damaged in almost the same manner. Another one was completely decapitated. The puzzler was the box wasnt damaged. Takes a pretty big jolt to knock a head off.
I called McKenzie and told them of my problem, I wasnt a pri%$ about it, and they (she) was real nice, as always. She stated that there have been other calls as well, and was aware. Sounds like they have a disgruntled warehouse man, who's working on his Shaq O'Neal moves with deer forms.
If you have had the same experience, give them a ring and let them know. They will also credit you on your next order.

I did receive one damaged form from McKenzie. Had to put the muzzle back on a deer form.
Better get used to it.
mine were decapitated also. I asked for fed ex and the order was split between them and ups. The damage was in the ups box's.
I haven't had a damaged form this year, But I don't buy from McKenzie. Ever!
I think George is right, gotta believe it has something to do with the foam McKenzie is using. I've had ALOT of extra work to do on their forms but not from UPS damage.....mostly LARGE voids and air bubbles and had one the other day I couldn't sand with a belt sander. Haven't had the problem on anyone elses forms this year and I'm wondering if it might be their foam or new system. Hope they fix it soon.....I expected some problems with the new foam so I haven't complained, but it does, at least right now seems to be just at McKenzie. I'm sure they are on top of it.
I got a deer forum with a decapitated head, box had no damage whatsoever which I thought was odd but I just shrugged it off and reattached the head. Good to know that other people are having trouble. I think you may be on the right track with the employee theory.
