Have read these forums for over a year now and only asked one question before my post of this week titled best hide paste/glue for whitetail ears. Have been too afraid of getting reamed, seems lots of taxidermists do have an attitute. Orange button has been my friend.

I wrote the following opinion in another post from a beginner, and thought some of you might read it here. New taxidermists are always welcome here of course, even though they often feel like theyre leppers or similar! Hopefully this will be of use to some, and if you are one of those that still takes offense, dont bother emailing me please, as Ive heard it all already, hahaha!

******Personally, I like the fact that guys like Bruce are striving for perfection, and asking questions...the enthusiasm is fun to see. But it still amazes me how a grown man (like Bruce) can still state that he seldom asks questions because hes afraid of getting reamed in here. I know theres some frustrated taxidermists in here with nothing positive or useful to say. But you normally dont get "reamed" unless you completely ignore the protocol in here, and as a military man, of all people, I figured hed know that.

You now have the following options.

You are currently back in the real world.

You choose your option.

My son needs this computer now to do his homework.

I'll choose my next role at my whim. Sometime in the future

it more like one man crying out for attention.......have you considered that george is not answering your post's because there is nothing to answer........" george talk to me,,,boo hoo hoo,,,." i am not one of george's dogs,,, i don't even know if george owns dogs but if he does i am sure they are not allowed to use the computer.as far as followers or supporters,i am sure george has a few as does bill and JOhn ,is it because they are the cool kids..........?...no , it is because they provide information that is tried and true..it is valid and holds merit......and they provide this information openly and freely. none of the above mentioned get paid for there services and they seem to be on-call 24 hours a day..........they have no obligations to tell us anything and if any one of them decides to post that it is in the archives rather than type the whole answer out again and again and again,,,,,,,,,at least they told us where to find the information that is sought. that is surely worth something...as far as " a failure to communicate " i personally think that not getting someone that obviously doesn't want to talk to you,,, to answer,,,,,,,,is not your biggest problem,,,,,,,good luck,,,,,,,,jim

I find it funny...

I find it funny that he can make a post saying he's afraid to ask a legit question for fear of being reamed.. but he can leave several about the fact that there isn't a single way to do everything under the sun and that *gasp* someone has a different opinion. Then carry on what should be private email conversations on the forum in multiple posts, not even keeping it to one thread.

Enough is enough, please put it to rest already...

I am telling you all...if you see my name associated in any way with these posts, after this warning, its not me, just a cut copy paste like the above post. In other words, it aint me.
