Went to the boat/vacation show today in Fort Wayne, In. Included were some nice looking Tritons and Trackers, a few Harleys, a bunch of huntin' and fishin' stuff,and........Paul Borkowski at one booth Cecil Baird not 50' from each other. Was it sweet to see? Oh yaah!(LOL) BUT... They both seem to be doing their homework in regards to the Worlds 2005. There also was an elk(king kongs brother, world record) there to. Got some great(hopefully) pictures from just a few feet away. So majestic when you se em up close for a few. And I thought I wanted a deer farm when I grew up.@#% Hope life is treating all my taxidermy friends with the good times that are out there to find! Peace- Jeff F.

I raise deer as you know, but I go babysit a friends elk now and then. Those big guys are a real pain in the mud! Deer might be finicky, etc, but elk are just BIG! When you have to sneak across a pen in shin deep mud with feed pails in each hand, and a big bull wants to see what youre up to, its a bit un-nerving. Especially when his hooves arent making as much suction sounds as your boots are, lol.
What kind of deer do you raise?
we had a good time at the show and it was a pleasure to meet (and put a face to) both yourself and Cecil.

Ummm, which face did YOU put on Cecil? Jeff, theyre whitetails.
but I already knew what kind of deer you raise. After your seminar, our quest with Potaki, your monthly advertisementin Breakthrough , and the hundreds of questions you've ansered on whitetail I'd think most would be aware of that. I always sign my name to a response. And I'll tell ya what face Paul put on me. It was shock, The guy knows his fish! Jeff F.
