I was at the PTA last weekend and I saw a WT pedestal mount that was very unusual. If you looked behind the deer, there was no form-it was hollow. Inside there was dirt and leaves as if you were looking inside a hollow log. I checked the archives,I couldn't find any advice on how to do this.Does anyone know, or seen this done before?

Chris Krueger had a caribou, I believe, mounted that way. It was really neat! I assume he just hollowed it out and sculpted it that way.
Andy,
I was at the same competition.
That was a truely cool mount !
that was just a reguler form carved out to accept his habitat, it was nice, but extremely to busy takes away from the mount.
