I mounted a whitetail a couple days ago I used hide master adhesive I got quite a bit in the cape and I am having problems getting it out, I have used laquer thinner and acetone but still have not got rid of it I wonder if any body has any suggestions

Clean it with lacquer thinner when the glue is still soft, before it cures. Then brush the Hair. Now that it has set. you may be able to heat the glue with a hair dryer, and brush it out. I had someone tell me this. but I have never tried it. In the future place your hide on the mannequin, sew it up, then roll the hide up to the head, and apply the glue and roll the hide down as you go. This will greatly reduce the amount of glue you get on the hair. Glue the face through the mouth in the same manner
