Pedestal deer mount sneaking through grass

How high off the ground is the back of a whitetail deer when sneaking through the grass. Checked the search and could not find anything. I'm doing a whitetail pedestal mount that is head down and looking at a turkey. I need to know how long my threaded rod should be so the back is at the right height. Thanks.

Depends on the size of the deer

A mature whitetail can range from 36 to 40 inches or more at the top of the shoulder.
