I have a cape that has sat for over a month with just the salt on it.. It is rock hard but noticed some black starting around the shoulders. Haven't had time to finish the tanning process. How long can a cape set after is salted and dried out?

You have mold or mildew starting, mix your pickle to 1.5pH and put it in before the mm slips the hair. Check it after four hours. ajust as needed.
