i have a elk cape tanned comercially, i soaked it up and measured it, order form from Jonas 12 by 30, it looks way to big, any way will it hurt to thaw this cape out and refreeze? thank you so much for any help, also when it's thawed can i bondo the ears up and freeze?

With refreezing the cape. If it is a good tan. but do not bondo the ears and freeze the expansion, and contraction of the freezing and thawing, will cause the ears to separate from the bondo, and you will most assuredly have drumming.
