A friend of mine has been shed hunting in Canada for about 5 years.
This year he said there is a new law that says you can only bring
4 antlers per person home to the US, he said it is because of mad
cow disease. This seems crazy to me I never heard of the disease
being spread by antlers is this law true ? and if it is, is there any
way he can get the antlers home? thanks Ron
