A guy brought in a deer to be repaired that has a broken ear. I can see that its bondo in the ear. Anyone know how to get it out so I can redo the ear?

I'm new to taxidermy and last year done a W/T and didn't like the ears and wanted more turn on the head, the ears were done with bondo. I rehydrated the whole mount. On the ears, since the bondo was quite brittle, I bent the ears once rehydated, it broke the bondo into little chunks, then it was the same as skinning out the ear. The bondo had to be pulled off the skin, cleaned it up with acetone and started all over.
