Just would like to know for future reference does any one know the procedure in Ga. for getting a license, I heard you just pay a fee. but thats just what I heard. But also heard you can charge for materials and the rest a tip and you are alright. you just can`t put a price on the hole mount. any knowledge on this would be great thanks in advance.

Lee, if you get one thin dime for taxidermy work, the state considers you are in business. The license fee is $150.00 for 3 years. Call the GA DNR license dept. and ask for an application.

Here is my home email, and thanks for the information. I mostly just do my on deer heads but I have a few friends I do it just for the cost of materials, But in my area we have a hard core game official that would make things hard.
