I have done about 30 skulls this year and I have 5 that is kicking my butt.I have boiled and removed all meat, brains etc. Then peroxide them and set in the sun. They are chalk white like all the other skulls. The problem is after a couple of weeks and your ready to mount, grease spots pop up.These 5 deer came off the same ranch and out of all the skulls it is just these 5.I have seen hogs and other greasey animals do this but have never had this with deer.Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do?

This is one of the many many many reasons why I and many others say to never boil, simmer or in any other way use heat etc to clean skulls and bone material. The heat can set oils etc into the bone causing it to bleed out days, weeks, months or years later. Yes it is a fast method, but also the poorest method to prepare skulls or any osteological matter.
Get proper safety equipment (if youa re smart) like a respirator with VOC cartiridges, chem resitant gloves etc... then get a bunch of acetone and degrease yoru skull problem skulls for 2 weeks with that. Since you are already having problems with it, my opinion is that this isn't the time to use dish soap etc - go big or go home. Then next time clean the skulls via dermestids or maceration.
Hope that helps =)
