A few years ago I shot a nice sized blaktail buck, I have found a lifesize skin for one that I want to do, but my question for the other is could I use a Mule deer cape with the antlers. This deer was a large blacktail and from the pictures I have really looks like a sm/med mulie. Any advice?

Mule deer have bigger ears,usually a bigger head and frame.You really should use a blacktail cape.
