I have been fleshing deer for a living now for 12 years. I have been told by many of my customers I am the best deer flesher in Akansas, if not in the whole south. For some reason the deer kill was down this year and I didn't get as many deer as I normally get (750-1,000). I flesh all deer with a razor and a fleshing machine. It takes me about 2 hours a deer and I do about 15 deer a week. I have several taxidermist you can talk to, to check on my work. If at all interested please e-mail me and we will talk about details.

put more weeks in a year? How long would it take to get a deer back from you if you have 497 in front of me?
At 15 a week, you can only do 780 a year max......
....Did you include your weekends in this count?...or do you double-up as we do on our weekends?..Susan
