I have an old deer mount that has the nose pad cracking along the hairline. It feels soft and spongy also. I want to remove and rebuild with epoxy. Is this the best solution or is there a better one?

LJ, I rebuilt a nose on a deer a few years back, I used a scalpel and cut out the bad area of the nose pad and filled it with epoxy, Just let the epoxy set up, then using a syringe filled with Modge Podge you can rebuild the nodules, paint, seal, Your done.
Some people prefer using the Dan-D-Noser, But I personally think the nose looks like a big Raspberry afterwards.
