when skinning out legs do you cut bone off right above hoof and leave hoofs attached

terryr skin to last joint in hoove and remove all bone and tendons and you will be fine it will seem hard if you have never done it before but just take your time and youll get i usally take a pair channel locks and twist the bone out it will twist out at last joint if you got it skined down far enough.then flesh down in there real good
