Hi there. I was wondering if anyone can help me find a deer hide puller. I saw it on a webpage somewhere. It fits in a receiver hitch on the back of a truck. It has a atv winch an you hang your deer on it and the winch pulls the hide off. Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm not sure if it's what your talking about but Cabellas sells one that fits into your receiver hitch. I thought it was to help load the deer on to the truck, but I am sure you could hang it skin it and load it hope this helps

We have always used a golf ball . Lay your deer down cut around the neck and tuck a Pro V1 under the skin . Wrap a rope around the hair side of the golf ball o hold it and tie the other end to your truck bumper . Put it in gear and go . Truck usually goes about 10ft or so and your done . Kind of hard to explain but it works just like the skinners you see on tv .

I MAKE HIDE PULLERS

Best if head is removed. Cut front feet off but leave on skin. Skin the inside of shank, brisket and belly. Cut of the back feet. Put a chain around the front shank and onto a tree. Put another chain around the front feet and pull using a winch. If you have it ripping the skin or the hide help it along with a knife. If you want to keep the head on the hide put you're knife in between the skull and the first vertabrea and cut the disk so that you do not tear the hide half off the head.
