I saw in someones catalog where they had sculpted a line of forms specifically to fit the south texas deer, would anyone happen to know which manufacturer that would be?
Thanks!

I think Don Holt sculpted some, but don't know who carries them.

The King forms, although designed for Alabama whitetails, fit South Texas Deer exceptionally well. I use them.

The Texas Wt. forms sculpted by Don Holt are sold in Van Dykes.
They are ugly! My opinion.

The Hill Country is NOT South Texas,Even though some like to say it is.What I am getting at is Don Holt lives in Kerrville Tx.(the Hill Country)not South Texas..I have lived and worked most of my life in South Texas.I also lived in Kerville for a short time.Big difference in the deer.
Joe Coombs has the best forms for South Texas deer.

Ran my studio for a number of years in the heart of S Texas. I still get the bulk of my good bucks from down there. I look at the other forms on occasion but always go back to Coombs.
Hill Country bucks look great on the Coombs also - just proportions are smaller.
