hey, I took in a deer on sunday night a reall nice 5X5 but he also has another antler right below his eye. now I have had other deer that had them from fighting but this one isn't that way at all. it is about 3" wide and almost flat and about 5" long and bends toward his jawline. I was wondering if ya had ever seen this or if it was possible that he got it along time ago from fighting and it fused with his bone and started to grow. if any of you want pics of it I'll send them to ya if ya leave me an address. thanks, shawn

this .There was one killed in Georgia that had a point that looked like a hersey's kiss growing between it's nostril and eye!
I had one that was just about 2 inches below the center of the original 2. and one eye was gone. He got it from fighting from another buck.It also had velvet on it ,like it was growing. A biologist told my customer that you can sew an antler on a deers rump and it would grow.
