In the McKenzie cataloge;page 19,shows an 8800 series pedestal mount that seems to have the anatomy deepend and reworked.I would like to try this;any pointers would be great.Even though a smother geer is more natural.

If you study your anatomy, you will see that animals are all muscle. They are incredible creatures, with muscles even in their face. Go to home depot and get yourself a 4 sided file in the tools section. You can make those muscles by filing them into the form.

YES,THIS I UNDERSTAND; BUT WHEN YOU GET PAST THE HARD COATING ON THE MANIKIN MUSCLE ANATOMY IS EASY TO SCREW UP.ITS A TRIAL AND ERROR THING. THANKS

I saw that pic and it looks extreme to me. Before I get flamed I DO KNOW that deer are muscular animals, but of all the deer I've seen in my years of hunting and the captive ones I've been fortunate enough to take pictures of, none of them showed that kind of muscularity through their skin. As the year progresses they show even less muscularity as their winter coats come in. The ones I like don't look like a bodybuilder, they have graceful flowing lines, not rippling muscles.

My .02
