I was just wondering what if anything does everyone use to set the cape hair after final work is done on a mount to keep the hair in place. I have tried WASCO's cape set with great results but have a feeling there is something just as good or better that you can get locally.

Try windex.It works pretty well for most situations where you would use a hair gel and you probably already have it on hand.
Drug store or department store, and buy hair setting gel.
