Try sherman and williams Floor adheasive Smells the same dries the same I just add some high fiber to thicken it a bit and it cost me less than 8$8 a gl

High Fibe is powdered polyporpylrene fibers, used for strengthening plaster, resins, etc. We use it in this shop mainly for bedding specimens for molding. It can be nmixed with adhesives, plaster, resin and your soup, I reckon.
