Don't hang it in the garage! Seriously keep it in a controlled environment and dust it regularly. Aside from that if it was prepared and mounted correctly, there's very little maintainance involved. You can take it back to your taxidermist to have him clean it up for you, some offer this service to customers, but be prepared to pay a fee for it. There are many products that you can use to clean your mounts and keep them looking and smelling pleasant, I use hair sheen and mount brite, both work well for what they were intended for. Marc R
