Hi..I have a 3 season room (no heating or air conditioning) does have..double pane windows, insulated roof and walls, and a decking floor, covered in commercial grade carpet. It gets cold in there in the winter and hot in there in the summer...my question is...will my game heads be ok in there or is it to hard on them? Thanks.

You have a third party that beats up mounts, humidity. Heat and humidity will shorten the life of mounts, the cold will not. Buy a dehumidifier and an air conditioner if you can, or lower the mounts so they are not at the highest or hottest part of the walls, and out of the sun light.
