Anyone try the the shed antler mounting system? I see there's one in the McKenzie catalog, and another in the Matuska catalog. I have a nice 11 point set of sheds I found last year caught in a barb wire fence, and would like to mount. Thx for the info.

Just to elaborate..I have a cape at the tannery, that doesnt have a use yet, so what I was referring to is using the shed mounting kit to do a shoulder mount, using the shed set I found..thx
I have mounted sheds every way from Sunday and the easiest that I have ever done was with the shed mounting system.It has so many adjustments and you can stand back and look at it,then make further adjustments.The old bondo-epoxy way of holding the rack to a fiberglass form while it sets up,is tough when you work by yourself.With the shed mounting system,I can get it set up and view it from all angles before things are set in stone.For me it works really well,and I am sorry I didn't give it a try sooner.
