I just got done fleshing my first deer I cut two small holes in bottom jaw one is in the black spot about .25 to .5 inch c shaped the other is on the edge of the other black spot on other side of jaw I also cut a hole about .5" right above the nose I was wondering how to fix these holes thanks james

Sew them up with thread.....
Not one of the Pros but this is what I do. First sew with matching thread. Then I super glue a piece of frabric softener sheet over the sewn area. Some will tell you its to much but just takes a second and it is just a back up for me. Then when finish work is being done if any stitches show you and airbrush to match.
use a really good glue in those spots, if you aren't already....
also cut a small chunk of foam out below the hole that you repaired and put a dab of apoxie sculpt or clay in it, the press the stitches down into the clay, as you mount. If it is in hairless areas you may have to blend with apoxie sculpt after it is all dried
I use 12# fishing line. Mount as normal. Then when everything is good and dry and I'm doing the finishing work, I cut the line out and fill any visible holes with Apoxy Sculpt and mist with the airbrush.
