What is the best way to measure a deer cape for a form when it is layed flat?

Click on "MAMMALS" and scroll down to 3/17 and look for "Measuring for Mannikin".
I like to use a cloth or plastic tape like the ones women use for sewing so I can get it all the way around the cape. I personally think this is more accurate than folding it in half and multiplying it. Good Luck! Jeff F.
