is it legal for a alberta resident to sell and ship whitetail antlers to the US, if so what is the best way to get this done, any help would be appreciated.

Just go to your Dept. of Natural Resources and take the horns and they should give you an export permit to ship them to the US. There shouldn't be any problems.
