tanned cape in freezer

i have a wet tanned cape in the freezer. how long can it be frozen? can a tanned cape still get freezer burned?

It can get freezer burned I suppose. I always tuck the face in and roll the cape hair side out. I have never had a problem this way.

But not a rapidly as raw capes. If the cape is rolled up and warped well It will be okay for a long time. I have had some for over 2 years. If they are Vacuum sealed. They will last considerably longer. I have a mountain lion that has been Vacuum sealed, and frozen for almost five years. not even frost in the package.
