Looking for some info or ideas on what manikins work good for locked antler shoulder mounts. Van Dykes fighting forms are to small need something in the 22-23inch range.This is the first time mounting some locked ones,any information would be greatly appreciated.

I think locked antlers are awesome. One locked set mount I saw looked like they used regular forms to do it. On looked like a RT full sneak form, and the other was a LT semi-sneak bith tilted in towards each other to fit the antlers. then the backs of the forms were cut at angles to fit flush with the wall. Also a pedestal mount would look pretty neat.

I did some locked whitetails this year that the customer wanted to mount on the wall. I got two semi-sneak forms (lt & rt), and mounted them to a 2x4 side by side. I cut the heads off the forms, and attached the skull plates to them to make sure I had the right angles, then altered the forms to match the angles of the heads.
