i looked in archives. when setting 250 iq eyes, the only thing i could find is set the hump in front. well i.m confused on that. when i look at a iq eye, i see a taper sort of like a teardrop effect. is it the widest part in front or the taper in front? thanks in advance for any help.

Set the eye down on a flat counter top. Step back and from the side, look at the eye profile. There is an obvious bubble at the forward end of each eye. Take a marking pen and just place a dot on that end of the eye that's to be forward and when you're done, just wipe the spot off with lacquer thinner.
