loosing hair

Hi guys,
I have a deer that I am suspect went maybe a day or so after being killed before being skinned and salted. The hair is slipping, and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to stop it before proceeding with the tanning process? Thanks for your help.

Pressure tanning will work most of the time

stop rot is cheap if your worried
