i can't believe what ia am seeing ! on the cover of north american whitetail magazine i am looking at a pennsylvania illegally tagged buck ! i saw lots of dumb things in my life but this tops them all ! pennsylvania laws state deer must be tagged threw the ear, he can kiss that rack goodbye

Every game warden from miles around saw the deer so I don't think so..They already checked that deer inside and out..It's at the taxidermist in the picture..When is it ok to "MOVE" the tag ?
if the hunter is getting it mounted ,the tag can be attached to the antlers,the taxidermist still has to write-or take the tag number.Along with all the other info. most use a saftey pin
this is pennsylvania, game wardens are not user friendly here, law states in the book attached to the ear, where did you get that from that it could be attached to the antler if getting mounted ? pa. taxidermist charge ten bucks extra for the hole in the ear repair. the tag was also in a picture in the field and in the truck tagged on the antler & was not moved
