Rick, Thanks for replying to the rack staining question on the rack I stripped the velvet from. You are right, the rack looks painted after I painted it. I needed to mount it today so I did, but I am going to have to work on the rack some more. It now has a base coat of a brownish tint. I will use your suggestion and hope I can improve the looks. Doesn't look real bad but not good enough for me. By the way, I enjoyed your seminar at Piedmont.
