I usually have my deer done by this time of year however things came up. I use the dp method and was wondering should I take any precautions or apply chemicals to help prevent slipping. I live in Michigan and it is hot and humid, any suggestions greatly appreciated, thanks

Its hot as heck down here in alabama, fla, most of us use a dehumidfier to keep everything in check and to maintain a decent working enviroment. Dehumidifer in the drying area will help you survive the heat and allow your mounts to dry without problems.
Some may say you dont need it but I say an ounce of prevention is worth more then a pound of cure. Good luck

too, and yes, the humidity has been terrible. I use a de-humidifier, and after three days, I'll put a fan on the mount for air circulation. It seems to help. By the way, I tan instead of using DP.
