I have a button buck to do for my nephew, could you tell me if someone make a button buck form and if there is built in nubs or if they have to be created some other way, thanks

But any buck form that fits will work. Mount it just like any other deer. Skull cap the button buck and use the real skull. I like this way especially when the buttons are just above the skin. Instead of a "Y" cut, I use and "I" cut straight down the center. Using a cabinet chisel, you can pry the hide right off the buttons. Makes hiding the seam much easier as well.

I already have the cape tanned and everything my problem is that i removed the skull cap as usual at the time of skinning the nubs were soft and everything on the skull shrank really bad over time so i am gonna have to find a way to rebuild them totally any suggestions for that? thanks

Right before you place the skin on

Build a doughnut out of brown Apoxie sculpt and set against the skull. When you set the skin on, work the doughnut up under the skin to fill out the shrinkage.
