I am wanting to find out when to measure a tanned cape. if you measure it before you freeze it and order the form will it still fit, or is it better to measure the cape after it has been frozen and thawed.

If it is already tanned it will not matter. You can measure and then order the form it will fit, assuming you measure correctly.
