I have a customer wanting a lip curl open mouth fallow deer mounted. I haven't been able to find a fallow jaw set in any of the catalogs. Would a whitetail be a good substitute? Thanks in advance for the help.

That is as close as you are going to find. The teeth on exotic deer a quite different from WT Deer. You may see about using the lower teeth from the animal (especially the front)and altering the jawset. Who's to say the customer would notice the difference in the teeth though.
